Committees
In order to carry out all the projects that Kiwanis is involved with throughout the year, each member is asked to join one or more committees.

Board of Directors 2016 - 2017 This is the Board of Directors and Leadership for the 2016 - 2017 Kiwanis year.
Foundation Board
Fundraising Organize and facilitate a major annual fundraiser, potential examples would include a Turtle Race on Fountain Square or a Scavenger Hunt. Organize and facilitate minor and on-going fundraisers such as grocery cards, Wishing Wells, Harvest Home Fair, and Kings Island.
Marketing and PR Responsible for communicating with the media and general promotion of the club, club newsletter, Kiwanis March of Dimes booth and promotion of major fundraising event, club website, and maintaining club distribution list.
Membership (Growth & Education) Responsible for understanding club member needs and making sure the club meets those needs. Also responsible for keeping members connected to the organization. Responsible for planning and executing membership recruitment events and induction ceremonies, onboarding of new members, securing sponsors if needed, helping to eliminate barriers to new members joining, communication and follow-up with the potential members.
Service Responsible for planning community service projects for the club. As part of the team, there are 4 main categories of service projects (see list below). The projects are categorized below for clarification purposes only. The Community Service Committee has the freedom to organize the committee structure as fits the needs of the committee members.
Service Leadership Programs Responsible for the chartering, administration, and support of the Circle K club at the University of Cincinnati. Responsible for promoting Key Leader within the community, ensuring that we send students to the event, ensure that our club supports the event with volunteers. Responsible for promoting K-Kids within the school and the community, recruiting new members, working with parents and administrators, and giving the club members proper support.
